Ignorance vs. Stupidity

Ignorance:  being unaware of facts or principals

Stupidity:  failed analysis of facts or principals as to their correctness

Case in point: What is poverty? What is social, economical and political  poverties origin or cause?

ANSWER:

  The breeding event that produces offspring before the breeding couple have knowledge of adequate resources to raise the young person with physical resources, food, clothing, shelter, and security from harm until fledged and independent . It should especially include intellectual training to enable the successful fledge.

Poverty is often a generational condition passed down to offspring unless intervention is involved.
